Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules for using Jolt Ink, a product of RagTech Solutions (see https://ragtech.solutions). It applies together with our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Lawful use

You must use Jolt Ink only in compliance with applicable law. You may not use the service to:

• Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights of others;
• Generate, store, or distribute illegal content, including content that exploits or harms minors;
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or incite violence against any person or group;
• Interfere with elections, public safety, or critical infrastructure in unlawful ways.

Security and integrity

You may not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization;
• Breach or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls;
• Introduce malware, excessive load, or disruptive traffic;
• Scrape or harvest the service in violation of our Terms or technical restrictions;
• Use credentials or tokens belonging to another person without permission.

Misuse of AI features

You may not use AI-assisted features to:

• Produce deceptive impersonation, forged documents, or coordinated inauthentic behavior;
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or other severely harmful synthetic media;
• Circumvent safety controls or prompt the models to ignore usage policies of underlying providers.

Editorial teams remain responsible for accuracy, attribution, and compliance with your outlet's standards and the law.

Commercial abuse

You may not resell access to Jolt Ink, share invite codes outside your organization's intent, or use the service to build a competing product by systematically extracting training data or proprietary workflows.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, throttle usage, or suspend or terminate accounts. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required. Where appropriate, your organization's administrator may be involved in enforcement decisions for workspace members.

Reporting

Report security issues or serious abuse through your organization's administrator and, for matters we must handle directly, via https://ragtech.solutions.
