Refund policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

Prepaid credit model

Jolt Ink may operate on prepaid USD account credit or balance associated with your account or the invite code used at registration. Usage of certain features (such as AI-assisted workflows) typically consumes that credit as you use the product. Credit is not cash stored in a bank account on your behalf; it is a prepaid balance for service usage. Refund rules are set by RagTech Solutions, the parent company behind Jolt Ink.

Refund window

You have 14 days from the date of payment to request a refund.

After the refund window

Credit already consumed for metered features is not refunded. If your organization purchased access through a separate contract, that contract controls for billing and credits.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error or that a bug caused incorrect deduction, contact your organization's administrator first. We investigate good-faith disputes and correct confirmed errors.

Service outages

If extended outages materially prevent use of paid capabilities and responsibility lies with us, we may offer credit extensions or other remedies at our discretion.

Subscriptions

If we offer subscription plans in the future, renewal, cancellation, and refund details will be described at checkout and in your plan terms. Until then, this policy focuses on prepaid usage credit as described above.
