Jolt Ink runs on prepaid USD account credit. You only pay for what you use; there is no separate subscription fee for metered AI workflows described here.
Signup
$5 credit
Every new account receives USD 5 in account credit after signup, so you can try research, drafting, and other metered features before adding funds.
Recharge
$10 minimum
When you top up, the minimum recharge is USD 10. Larger amounts are available according to your workspace or payment flow.
How usage affects your balance
Actual cost per session is approximate and varies. It depends on article length, how much of the pipeline you run (for example research depth, full drafts versus short updates), and which tools you use—such as rewriting, fact-checking, version comparisons, and other AI-assisted steps.
Credits are deducted as you use the product, based on our metering for each successful operation. Your balance in the app reflects remaining prepaid credit; when it runs low, add funds (minimum USD 10) to keep working without interruption.
